Meet Helen Whiteley

Helen Whiteley is the founder of Women+ in Climate Tech, a global group launched January 2021 with the goal of promoting diversity in climate innovation for a successful and just transition.

With thousands of members ranging from sustainability officers from the world’s largest brands to women-led climate tech startups, WiCT+ serves a diverse and growing array of professionals from 15+ countries with a shared ambition to make an impact in climate tech.

Operations Manager

After 10 years of teaching in public schools, Susan began a career in software industry operations and project management. At Women+ in Climate Tech Susan oversees operations and grant-related programming.

Alexandra Sheller

Secretary

Alex leverages a diverse career background across Business Management, Product Development, Operations and Client Relationship Management to support Women+ in Climate Tech’s strategic goals.

Membership Coordinator

Adept in multiple digital platforms, with interests ranging from music to environmental science, Ava conducts membership outreach to grow and supports the Women+ in Climate Tech member base.
